Performance and Structural Features
This series gantry type automatic welding machine is mainly used for automatic submerged arc-welding for H profile bar steel, double-welding machine head and can be boat-type welding for two pieces of H profiled bar steel.
The machine stand is made from the welded standard rectangular steel tubes, so it has small weight and high strength. The automatic bidirectional guide-arc device adopts the straight line guide, so it can achieve high accurate dynamic tracing for seams and the double-group reciprocating welding.
The flux can be automatically recovered and circularly fed.
Gantry travel adopts AC frequency-changing speed regulation, so the running is smooth.
It can rapidly go back, improve work efficiency. The return positioning device can automatically stop at starting position.
The welding power supply is the MZ-1000/1250 submerged arc welding power supply produced by our company.
According to the needs of users, many international famous brands such as USA Lincoln, Sweden Esab etc can be selected.
