Performance and Structural Features
This series leveling machines are used to level the heat-deformation generated during the welding process of flange and web of H profiled bar steel. Based on the principle of lever made of upper roller device and drive roller, when the leveling flange plate passes, it will be bending and deformation. Due to the given force is more than yield point of flange plate material, the flexibility reverting factor is small, so it can be up to the purpose of leveling.
According to the different output leveling force of upper roller device, this series machines can be divided into two types of mechanical and hydraulic leveling. They are used in flange plate leveling of different plate thickness and strength levels.
